MAJOR Problems with this. Pencil Character Texturing.

I had major major issues with my maya as it crashed several times and it will not properly texture the pencil. The rubber turned out well anyhow. Other then still not being able to bend it.

    have you changed the tool from 'polygon' to 'animation' then bend the pencil ?

    the pencil can bend, but its the rubber that can't, and yeah I have aha
